The ultimate goal, is to empower EVERYONE to “see” (i.e, perceive) colours properly, to “understand” (i.e., comprehend), and “organize” (i.e., classify) colours more effectively, and then to “communicate” (i.e., describe) colours more accurately and precisely (i.e., verbally / numerically) to others.
